Angi Pay is a fast and easy way for homeowners to pay you via the Angi Pro App. Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the app if you don’t already have it.
You can request a payment from the homeowner. As soon as they receive the request, they are able to send you the payment directly. Once you claim your payment, it will be deposited in your account within 24 hours.
You can start a payment request either by selecting 'Collect Payment' on your home screen (shown), a lead details page, or through the Angi Pay activity hub.
You'll start the request by either selecting an existing customer or creating a new one.
Once you have a customer, you can choose whether to apply the payment to an invoice.
If you apply the payment to an invoice, you can choose an existing invoice or create a new one.
Finally just input the amount to collect, choose a category, select what the payment is for, write a quick note that will be sent to the customer with the payment request and hit Send.
The payment request is emailed to your customer!
The homeowner can initiate a payment by selecting the Payments tab at the bottom of the app.
They can then select from Open Requests or hit 'Send a Payment' to initiate a payment.
If they select 'Send a Payment', they will be taken to a screen to select the pro they would like to pay.
Then they enter the amount and tap 'Continue.'
Next they select what the payment is for.
Finally they input their credit card info, agree to Terms and Conditions, and hit 'Send.'
It’s easy! Just open the Angi Pro App and click the link in the Angi Pay banner to sign up and begin using Angi Pay.
As of July 27, 2022, all payments will be assessed 3% transaction fees that will be deducted from the payment prior to transfer to your bank account.
No, Angi Pay can only be used on the Angi Pro App.
If a homeowner has sent you a payment and you do not claim it by providing your banking information within 60 days, the payment will be refunded to the homeowner and you will need to initiate a new request or collect payment manually.
You can always disable Angi Pay by visiting the Settings section of the Angi Pro App. Any pending payments will be refunded to the homeowner and future homeowners will no longer have the option to send you payments through Angi. You can always re-enable in Settings.
